Paul Miles

Paul Miles, president of Father’s Heart Projects, developed a soft heart for the great need of the under-privileged Kenya, and in 2007, Father’s Heart Projects began. Identifying the simplicity of “helping widows and orphans in their need,” as outlined in James 1:27, Paul set in motion a calling from God to minister to the people near Kisumu, Kenya.

Paul has been a businessman and pastor over the last 30 years. He spent 12 years in the industrial power transmission field, 24 years as a commercial insurance broker and business development manager.  He and his wife of 34 years, Jackie, along with their 20 year old daughter, Ashley,  currently reside in Calgary, Alberta.

Harry G. Wollin

After joining Father’s Heart Projects in 2009, Harry became Chairman in 2011. He joined FHP because he it’s a team with a unified focus: to address and meet the specific needs of the underprivileged widows and orphans, allowing the community as a whole to be impacted, and to be a voice on their behalf.

Harry owns and manages a mechanical engineering consulting company for building services since the mid 1970’s. He’s married to his wife Eve of 30 years, and they have 3 married children and 4 grandchildren.

David Adams

David joined the FHP board in the fall on 2011, and now serves as treasurer. His heart reflects his life in education, helping impoverished children, and the people of Africa.

David serves as the CFO of Bearspaw Christian School, and has also been a professor at Ambrose Univerty. He is very involved in the education of accounting professionals in Canada, and interacts with private and public organizations frequently. He and his wife Deana have 3 lovely children.

Bill Hennessy

Bill, vice-chairman of the board, joined Father’s Heart Projects in 2008; one year after Father’s Heart Projects was founded. After hearing the concept from Paul Miles, he developed a burden for the plight of the widows and orphans in Kenya, joined the FHP board, and immediately began supporting two FHP children.

Bill is an entrepreneur and sales manager with 25 years of experience. He is married to his wife Tami, with five children.

Randy Buschmann

Randy joined the FHP board in 2011, and serves as Secretary. He heard the call that God had put on president Paul Miles’ heart, and it inspired him to believe in the ministry of improving the health and well-being of orphans and widows through the organization.

Randy is a third generation insurance broker and risk management advisor. He is married to Mary Ann, with 4 children, and soon to be 5 five grandchildren.
